Esther Yang

Hi! My name is Esther and I'm a classically trained musician with over 25 years of playing experience and a degree in Violin Performance from UC Irvine. I teach both violin and piano lessons for adults and children and focus on creating a fun, encouraging learning environment that builds both skill and confidence.

I love teaching music because it gives students a way to express themselves, build confidence, and experience progress in a very real, tangible way. There’s something really rewarding about watching a student go from feeling unsure to suddenly playing a phrase with pride or excitement. I also enjoy tailoring lessons to each individual, making the learning process feel encouraging and engaging rather than intimidating.
