As an educator, I bring my communication, organization, and leadership skills to the job. I firmly believe that each individual learns and grows in different ways, and I strive to communicate my knowledge in a variety of forms in order to ensure that each student can maximize their learning and find their own voice through music.

As a teacher, I firmly believe that each individual learns and grows in different ways, and I strive to communicate my knowledge in a variety of forms in order to ensure that each student can maximize their learning and find their own voice through the trumpet. I believe that the relationship between a student and teacher should feel like a mentorship, and I work hard to show my students what a powerful and exciting force music can be in their lives! My approach stems from the idea that “I know it because I’ve been through it.” I have been honing my craft for 15 years and have worked hard to get where I am today. It is so rewarding to share my passion and knowledge with those who want to learn!
